Our main focus is providing outsourced accounts services (bureau service). Although we are Colchester based in Essex, we offer our services across the whole of England. We are pleased to provide a first rate personal service at affordable rates.
Lexcel Consultancy
Lexcel is the Law Society's practice management standard. It is a scheme for any type of practice to certify that certain standards have been met following independent assessment.
The Lexcel practice management standard is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standards.
Lexcel accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
As a Lexcel Consultant, Paula Fowler is qualified to help your practice achieve this standard, so give Paula a call today.
Bureau Account Services
The bureau service provides everything you could reasonably expect from an in–house accounts department. We set up and maintain your accounts on our software and provide a daily posting service.
We also do monthly bank reconciliations, process creditor payments, maintain a full purchase ledger, payroll, PAYE returns, VAT returns, monthly management information and we make every effort to ensure that you comply with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
There is a monthly all inclusive fee for this service and is available on request.
We also cater for the needs of licensed conveyancers and weekly service for much smaller practices.
